Meaghan Flaherty is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor whose dedication to personal growth and wellness began in high school and deepened through her work supporting others in times of change. After earning dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Dance from Hofstra University in 2019, she began working with youth and families to help them access community resources and build healthier, more empowered lives. With over two years of experience fostering connection and growth, Meaghan’s approach centers on helping people strengthen their sense of purpose, self-awareness, and resilience.

Currently pursuing an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Rochester (expected December 2026) and holding a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling (MS) from the University at Buffalo, Meaghan combines academic rigor with a warm, practical approach to personal development. She integrates mind-body awareness, mindfulness, and movement-based practices to help clients align their values and goals with intentional action.

Meaghan’s coaching focuses on life transitions, stress management, confidence-building, and holistic wellness. She provides a supportive environment where individuals can gain clarity, build healthy habits, and cultivate balance across multiple areas of life.
