Life can feel overwhelming when you're facing stress, uncertainty, or major life changes. Whether you're navigating a transition, struggling with self-confidence, feeling stuck, or simply looking for greater balance and purpose, Meaghan provides a supportive space to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

​

Meaghan is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a background in psychology, wellness, and helping people overcome barriers to living the lives they want. She earned dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Dance from Hofstra University and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University at Buffalo. She is currently completing an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Rochester.

Drawing from her experience working with youth, families, and individuals facing life challenges, Meaghan takes a compassionate, strengths-based approach to care. She believes that meaningful change begins with self-awareness and that each person already possesses many of the resources needed for growth and healing.

Her work integrates mindfulness, mind-body awareness, and practical coping strategies to help clients manage stress, navigate transitions, build healthier habits, and reconnect with their values. Meaghan is committed to meeting clients where they are and helping them create lasting change at a pace that feels manageable and empowering.

Areas of focus include life transitions, stress management, self-esteem, personal growth, wellness, and resilience.
