Step into a space where body and color speak the same language. This 90-minute workshop begins with a 30-minute movement journey through hips and heart — the places we hold power and vulnerability alike. Guided by grounding sound and gentle rhythm, you’ll open the solar plexus and invite your energy to rise.

Then, with brush and color, you’ll create an image of your own inner power — however it looks or feels today. Paint your reminder of what strength means to you: quiet, fierce, soft, or radiant.

We’ll end with a sound meditation to help alchemize what feels powerless into something powerful and alive. You’ll leave with practices for both surrender and strength — and a painted talisman to remind you of your light.
