Christina Coury, LMSW

Therapy is more than just a place to talk- it's a chance to create real change. You do not have to carry everything on your own. Together we can work towards a life that feels more balanced, confident, and true to you. 
As a clinician I have always been drawn to helping others and fascinated by how we connect, grow, and heal. Both my personal and professional experiences have helped me to develop a holistic approach to therapy—one that looks at the whole person, not just the challenges that arise. I often bring in elements of nutrition, movement, nature, and mindfulness to support both emotional and physical well-being.

My style is straightforward, authentic, and compassionate. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true collaboration, where we focus on understanding your story and building on your strengths. I use a mix of positive psychology, empowerment techniques, and cognitive-behavioral tools to help you create lasting, practical change.

I have experience in working with those navigating chronic illness and the health care system.  I’m passionate about supporting people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. My goal is to make therapy a space where you feel safe, understood, and encouraged to be your most authentic self.

And if you’re an animal lover, you might get to meet my friendly therapy dog, who brings a little extra calm and comfort to our session!
